How do I cancel my account? 
To cancel your 811spotter account, go to your account settings page, and select the option to close your account. Visit our help site to see further instructions.

What counts towards my 811spotter usage?
811spotter counts any new or renewed tickets active during your 30 day subscription period. We sometimes call these “Active” tickets.

What happens if I go over my ticket limit?
With 811spotter, there is no ticket limit! You simply pay for any new or renewed tickets each month. You do not pay for Archived or expired tickets.
