No, you can’t create tickets through the 811spotter platform; however, 811spotter automatically manages everything from the moment you create an 811 ticket through your state’s 811 notification or call center.

How this works: the first step to setting up 811spotter is connecting your data sources, e.g., notification centers, job management systems. This enables 811spotter to automatically process every ticket you submit to your local call center.

What counts towards my 811spotter usage?

811spotter counts any new or renewed tickets as active during your 30-day subscription period.

Do I need to download or install anything to use 811spotter?

You do not need to download anything to use 811spotter on your computer. Simply access your 811spotter account from your preferred web browser. To use 811spotter on Apple iOS and Android devices, download the mobile app via the Apple Store and the Google Play store.

Is there an 811spotter mobile field app?

What happens if I exceed my ticket limit?

With 811spotter, there is no ticket limit! You simply pay for any new or renewed tickets each month. You do not pay for archived or expired tickets.

Does 811spotter work in multiple states?

Yes! 811spotter works in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Maryland, Nevada, and Oklahoma – the platform has built-in intelligence on state-specific procedures and laws, so there’s no guesswork on your end when it comes to state-specific dig laws.
